Delivery:



At Priory Office Supplies we understand the importance of receiving your products promptly and efficiently in order to continue the daily workings of your company. Therefore we can arrange deliveries to suit your requirements.

Orders will be transferred to our operating system and sent by EDI to our main warehouse. Dependent on site location, deliveries will be made by our own vehicle or contracted carriers. Full order tracking is available for carrier items and full management for our own vehicles.



To regular account holding clients within a 25 mile radius of our main Distribution Centre in Paddock Wood (TN12 6UU) we offer prompt delivery without charge.

We are able to do this simply because of our fleet of vans are out on daily routes delivering Office Supplies, Print, Archive Items and Packaging to clients in this area already.


 



Further afield we have a straightforward no nonsense approach to carriage. ALL orders will have a small carriage charge of £5.95 + VAT applied to them.  For orders under £30 there will be an additional surcharge of £4 - see below.



Why do you charge for non-local delivery?


There is no such thing as free delivery - retailers who offer free delivery are really just hiding the delivery charge within their product prices. We have taken a more transparent approach - we focus on providing the best product prices we can and simply charge delivery at cost.

If you find yourself tempted to order from a retailer offering free delivery, then we urge you to check the total cost of each basket - you will usually find that you are paying more in total just to get free delivery.
